FAQ

Before you submit.

  • How long does the audit actually take?

    Two to five minutes typically, with a 15-minute cap to account for queue and email delivery. The promise is inside 15 minutes from URL submission.

  • What if Meta Ad Library has no ads for my brand?

    We try four ways to find your brand: Facebook page name, brand name from your site title, root domain, and og:site_name. If all four miss, the report still grades your site, your landing pages, and your competitive surface and notes the missing ad data explicitly. We do not fabricate analysis.

  • What if a competitor I nominated has no ads?

    Same fallback. If a competitor returns zero ads, the audit notes that explicitly in the competitive section instead of inventing analysis.

  • Do you log into my ad account?

    No. The audit reads only public Meta ad library data. No OAuth, no credentials, no API tokens stored, no Meta business manager access requested.

  • Why does the audit need 2 competitors?

    The competitive intelligence module is a head-to-head comparison. Without competitor inputs we would either skip it or fall back to a synthetic competitive set, which we do not do. We want every finding grounded in real public data.

  • What happens if a stage fails or times out?

    Each module has a strict deadline. If one exceeds it, the audit isolates that module's failure, notes it in the report, and ships the rest. You get a partial score rather than no report.

  • Can I re-run the audit?

    Yes. Re-running on the same brand URL replaces the previous report at the same link. No duplicate records, no duplicate emails.

  • What does it cost?

    The audit is free. Tandem Growth runs it as a lead magnet for the agency. The optional strategy call is also free. There is no paid tier of the audit.
